At Christmas, the temptation is just to eat, drink and be merry. But don’t forget that good sleep is the other key ingredient for an enjoyable festive season.

As well as helping you cope with the hectic lifestyle associated with Christmas, sleep also ensures that your immune system is firing on all cylinders. By staying in good health, you’ll be able to make the most of everything that Christmas has to offer.

Good sleep also makes you feel relaxed and increases your sense of humour – thus helping you to display the all-important seasonal goodwill to all men. And good sleep for your children will stop them getting over-tired and fractious, contributing to the happiness of one and all.

So instead of burning the candle at both ends, why not try to get a little more rest this year? It might be just the Christmas treat you’ve been looking for!
